What a weekend...

You'd think we would have taken it easy after our garage sale on Friday. I did sit on the couch Friday after work and didn't really get up for much.

On Saturday though, I helped with a wedding reception all day. We prepped food and set-up in the morning and then after a quick change into "party" clothes went back to the reception hall to set all the food out and spent the rest of the time replinishing food. It was a fun time - tiring (and "blistering"), but fun.

Because we didn't get to go out on Friday night, Mark took me out on Saturday after the wedding. We went to a very nice restaurant in Fayetteville and had a wonderful time. We felt like we were back in Europe where we could take as long as we wanted to pick something off the menu and as long as we wanted to eat it. Ahh, if I were rich, I would only eat at places like that when we went out.

Then, yesterday, I did laundry ALL DAY... I put a load in before church and took the last load out of the dryer at 10pm (with a Wal-Mart trip in between). YUCK. It feels good to be caught up on laundry, but now I'm way behind on ironing (the fun never ends).

It was a busy weekend and all that running around got Mark sick =o( He stayed home from work today, so I had to commute the 8 minutes by myself...
